A charter member of the Colored Pencil Society of America and most notably known for her portrait work, Amy Lindenberger has produced a beautifully detailed sketch depicting George and Hettie Shrivers' home as it appeared when it was built in 1860 - just months before the Civil War erupted. The ten-pin alley can be clearly seen set behind the house.
